With the Reagan-Thatcher thing it went into a cultural freeze and everything that happened [before that] somehow got put into ice and now it’s this period where I think everything is waking up again. It’s just a general buzz. And we don’t know what because we’ve had our brains rewired. Even myself, I came out revolutionary culture where you think that what you do can help society for the better and it wasn’t just about money. And then it just became about money and instead of trying to change society you just bought something – a shift to consumerism. The revolution stuff became white noise and we got caught up in this ‘if you’re depressed…buy’ syndrome.
